Program T&C
  1. Kanmo Circle program is a customer loyalty program offered by Kanmo Group to its Customers.
  2. Kanmo Circle membership registration will require sharing Customer’s email address & mobile number.
  3. Kanmo Circle Points can be earned or redeemed only on exclusive brands, or in other words brands participating in the program. The list of participating brands are Mothercare, Early Learning Center, Gingersnaps, Justice, Coast, Nike YA, Wilio, Havaianas (Jakarta & Surabaya area only).
  4. Kanmo Circle Points can be earned only on full priced items.
  5. All points earned will be valid for 1 year from the date of your last purchase at any of the participating outlets.
  6. Birthday discount of 20% is applicable only on full-priced merchandise.
  7. Birthday discount code will be issued on your registered mobile & email address 15 days before your birthday & will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  8. Additional birthday surprise gift coupon code will be shared with the customer 15 days before his/her birthday & can be redeemed only once at any of our participating outlets.
  9. Unlimited free home deliveries applicable only on the websites of www.mothercare.co.id & www.shopjustice.co.id & on deliveries in Jabodetabek area only.
  10. EOSS preview email will be sent to members before the actual sale announcement. Please do ensure that you have your email address updated with us.
  11. Exchange or extended exchange benefit is not applicable on Sale or already discounted merchandise.
  12. For Brand Havaianas, only stores from the regions of Jakarta & Surabaya area are participating in the Kanmo Circle program.
  13. In case of any duplicate membership found with same mobile number or email address, Kanmo Group reserves the right to merge such accounts.
  14. Kanmo Circle Points will be awarded only if membership identifier like email address or phone number is provided during the transaction & there will be no subsequent submission possible once the billing process has been completed.
  15. Points will not be earned on transactions involving points redemption.
  16. Expired points or Vouchers cannot be reinstated to customer account.
  17. Rewards point or vouchers issued can only be redeemed in case of a working internet connection at store.
  18. Returns or Extended returns will be accepted only if the product is unused & returned with original packaging/box along with product tag.
  19. Points redemption will not be applicable on www.mothercare.co.id & www.shopjustice.co.id until further notice. You would however still continue to earn points on all your full priced successful transactions.
General & Additional T&C
  1. Only residents of Indonesia & above 18 years of age are eligible to register for this program.
  2. Kanmo Circle is for individuals only & is not applicable for corporates and distributors/resellers.
  3. Kanmo Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Kanmo Circle Points at any time for any reason. Kanmo Circle Points is the property of Kanmo Group and will be deactivated automatically following the Kanmo Circle Points or Membership termination.
  4. By participating in the Kanmo Circle Points, Customer agrees to allow Kanmo Group to communicate via mail, email, phone, text messages, and notification via mobile App or website. Kanmo Group may use these channels to communicate Customer’s account status, notify Member when they are eligible for a reward, communicate program changes, offer special Member promotions, information and offerings that Kanmo Group believes may be of interest to Customer. Kanmo Group will protect Customer’s data in accordance with the prevailing laws in Indonesia.
  5. Customer should promptly notify Kanmo Group of any changes of personal information such as name, address, telephone numbers, and email address by calling Contact Center at 021-29181155 or visiting us at any of our participating stores.
  6. Customer may terminate his/her Membership at any time by calling Contact Center at 021-29181155.
  7. Kanmo group reserves the right to withdraw any Tier benefit/ program benefit or make alterations to existing benefits without prior intimation & the decision taken by Kanmo group will be final & binding upon all members.
  8. Kanmo group reserves the rights to revoke any membership or forfeit any points on the account if any fraudulent/suspicious activity or misuse is observed on the account or if any account is not created as per the terms & conditions of the program.
  9. All decisions taken by Kanmo group with respect to the Kanmo Circle Program or Loyalty Membership tiers will be final & binding on all members & Kanmo group will in no way be responsible for any loss suffered by any member due to withdrawal or change in the Loyalty program or Tier benefits.
  10. All these Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between Customer and Kanmo Group with respect to the Kanmo Circle Points. By participating in the Kanmo Circle Points, Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  11. Kanmo Circle reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason without prior written notice. Customer is responsible for keeping track of any update on the Terms & Conditions.
